Hey y’all and welcome to Right Array, LLC. In 2018 Mr. Ray Elliott and Ms. Raye Elliott, two siblings, started this company as a way to Educate • Empower • Elevate and there by Dominate. They saw a need to create more entrepreneurs, educate the masses on the significance, access and ways to build TRUE business credit and increase the minority presence and participation within the government contracting arena.  

Ms. Raye Elliott holds two master degrees, is a service-connected disabled veteran and boasts an extensive background in federal, state & city government contracting venues as both a former senior contracting official and a former technology and construction contractor.
